DAC Arbitration Monthly

DAC Arbitration Monthly is the magazine of the Delhi Arbitration Centre. Each issue reports the month’s developments in arbitration, conciliation and mediation in plain language: the judgments of the Supreme Court and the High Courts, legislation and notifications, the work of arbitral institutions in India and abroad, and decisions of foreign courts and tribunals that matter to Indian parties. Every issue carries a message from the Registrar, a cover story on the most consequential development of the month, an explainer written for students and young practitioners, and a section on vacancies, internships, moots and conferences.

The magazine is free. It is released on the first or second day of each month and covers the month just ended. All issues are kept on this page, the latest at the top.
