Note: This calculator computes fees on the total sum in dispute (Claims 1 + 2 + 3) strictly as per the notified DAC Fee Schedules — for statutory (MSME) arbitrations, Notification Ref. No. DAC/R-07/2024 dated 15.10.2024 (applicable w.e.f. 1st November 2024), and for general arbitrations, Notification Ref. No. DAC/R-03/2023 (applicable w.e.f. 1st October 2022). The amounts shown are payable by each side and comprise the administrative fees payable to DAC (Schedule A) and the arbitrator’s fees (Schedule B). For disputes which cannot be quantified, the fee is finalised by DAC based on the facts. Where a counter-claim is raised, fees on the counter-claim are computed separately on the same schedules. Applicable taxes, certified copy charges, hearing room charges and other charges, where applicable, are payable as separately notified. In case of any variance, the notified Fee Schedules prevail.
